Product Description
This charm bracelet is perfect for a grandmother or mom with multiple kids. Choose silver, copper, or brass 5/8" hammered disks (dime size). Comes with five disks, additional disks available. Petite swarovski birthstones are attached to each disk to personalize it even more! Attached to an 8" adjustable antiqued link bracelet.
NOTE: The link bracelet that was used and is shown in the pictures is now discontinued. A new link chain will be used for this bracelet. Please see Rustic Heart Bracelet for what the new link chain will look like. (Also, picture 2 in 'more views' is a picture of the NEW chain)
