Frequently Asked Questions
Production time is 2-3 weeks plus shipping time. Larger orders may take longer. During peak holidays (Christmas, Valentines' Day and Mother's Day) production time will be 3-4 weeks.
Do you ship Internationally?Yes I do ship internationally. I would suggest insurance for your package. Shipping time does take longer, from 2-6 weeks in some cases. International shipping cannot be tracked unfortunately.
Is your jewelry machine made?No, all of my jewelry is HAND stamped by me. All letters are hand stamped individually so sometimes they may not line up exactly straight the spacing may be "imperfect". Those imperfections add to the character and charm of the jewelry. If you are a perfectionist, this is NOT the jewelry for you :)
Can you stamp on the back of pieces?No, unfortunately stamping on the back will leave a slight impression on the front.
Do you take returns or exchanges?Due to the custom nature of the art, I do not take returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy about your item, please contact me so we can fix the problem.
Can I buy a necklace now and add a name to it later?YES! This has been done before many times. If you're not done having children, I can always add names to a necklace at a later date. You would send your necklace back to my studio including shipping fees.
Can I buy just a disk without the chain?Yes, contact me for further information.
Can I buy an extra chain?Yes, see "Add-on's" section on my home page.
My necklace is starting to tarnish. How do I clean it?Your necklace may begin to turn brown when it first gets adjusted to a new climate and surroundings. Do not be alarmed. I suggest using your polishing cloth to wipe off any tarnish. See Jewelry Care for further information.
Are your products sterling silver?Yes, ALL of my items are sterling silver, even down to the jump ring and chain.
Does my necklace come gift wrapped?Yes, each necklace comes in a eco-friendly 100% muslin pouch which includes a polishing square and care instructions.
Do you accept custom orders?YES! I love custom orders! Contact me and we will come up with a perfect design to fit your needs.
Can you rush my order?Yes, you can choose "expedite shipping" at the end of checkout. This option will not guarantee expedited production time. For guaranteed delivery, put the date you need it by in the notes and also check "expedite production" at the end of checkout.
