Every piece is custom made for you. I therefore do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me so we can come to a compromise.

Please give 2-3 weeks for production from the time of order if supplies are in stock. I will contact you if any supplies are back ordered, which will delay production time. Holiday lead time is 3-4 weeks, so place your orders in advance. If you need a rush order, please contact me.

I accept payment through Paypal only. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to complete your transaction. It is a very EASY process! Contact me if you do not feel comfortable paying with credit card. I will be more then happy to work something out with you.

Production time is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time. During peak holidays (Christmas, Valentines' Day and Mother's Day) production time will be 3-4 weeks. I ship first class in a secure bubble wrap envelope to keep your jewelry safe during delivery. If you would like it shipped Priority 2-3 days, let me know and I can set up a listing for you. All packages will be sent with a delivery confirmation number. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know. I am not responsible for lost items.

Unfortunately I cannot track orders out of the US. Please allow enough time to receive your jewelry. Customs can prolong your package delivery 2-3 weeks. I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
