I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items because of the custom nature of the piece.

We will gladly return or exchange any item from the Gemstone Collection that you may not be satisfied with within 7 days of delivery. Our goal is to make you fall in LOVE your Magpie Designz jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me so we can discuss a solution.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Completion time
Production time for the Gemstone Collection is 3-7 days before shipping and up to 14 days during peak holidays such as Christmas, Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Personalized jewelry takes more time so expect a production time of 14 days not including shipping time. If you need it sooner, there is a rush processing fee at the end of checkout.

I accept payment through Stripe only. Stripe is a method of sending and receiving money over the internet. It acts as both a credit card processing company and a bank. You do not need to have an account with Stripe in order to complete your purchase with Magpie Designz. If you do not have an account, just simply use your credit/debit card like any other online transaction. There is no fee for the consumer.

All packages are sent in a bubble envelope to ensure safety. Shipping options are available in checkout.  If you would like to purchase insurance or rush processing for your package, choose those upgrades at the end of checkout. I am not responsible for lost items, therefore insurance in encouraged.

International Orders
Unfortunately I cannot track orders out of the US. Please allow enough time to receive your jewelry. Customs can prolong your package delivery up to 6-8 weeks.  I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
